Waste of Computer Hardware Electronics
In today's world people buy a new computer and throw an old computer in the bin every five years although the computer can last for ten years.
The reason is that an old computer cannot support the latest software. When ever you are using computer nowadays there is internet connection and you always get messages to update your software. If you do not update then the messages continue. The problem is that if you press update then the software will not install or install/update with errors if your hardware is not the latest.
Also, there are some websites that require the latest internet browsers software.
It is the fault of software and hardware engineers that are causing this waste.
If you have an old computer you should still donate it to charity or send it to third world country because many people use old computers with old software.
Waste of Mobile Phones Electronics
In today's world most people buy a new mobile phone and throw the old mobile phone in the bin every two years for two reasons:

the old mobile phone does not support the latest apps,

the phone does not charge because of poor standards in power supply connectors.
It is the fault of software and hardware engineers that are causing this waste.
